Fuel Your Workouts with Music from iTunes

Fuel your PowerCentering workout sessions with the same music mix that I use for my workout sessions by logging on to iTunes.com with the link below.
When you listen to this mix, you’ll notice different tempos and styles of music. Experiment with selecting exercises that seem to fit the beat of the music best.
For example, Now We Are Free, from the movie Gladiator, is a slow tempo song that is inspiring and perfect for the Five Step Centering exercise. By contrast, Somebody to Love by Queen is more of a power song that goes well with strength moves. And my favorite, Beautiful Day by U2 is a standard chi kung air guitar song that raises energy levels and makes you feel so darn good.
When I create a playlist on iTunes, I download it to my iPod for personal workout use (with ear phones of course). I also have a small portable iPod speaker system that works well for small group exercise sessions. For a larger group with some form of public address system, you can purchase a cable that goes from iPod to the PA mixer and will allow you to pump the iMix playlist right into the PA system. This sure beats my old system of lugging CDs around and then having to find a CD player wherever I went.
I hope you enjoy my iMix. I suggest you create your own and fill it with the music that inspires and motivates you to stay centered on your path to focused fitness!
